Onsite Support Engineer (English/Hebrew, 1/2L Support)

About the role

D-ploy is an IT and engineering solutions company operating across EMEA, delivering IT services to industry-leading clients. It is looking for an IT Onsite Support Technician to support end-users in a professional and regulated environment in Tel Aviv. The role covers first and second level support, with fluent English and Hebrew required.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first and second level IT support for hardware, software, mobile devices and peripherals
• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for end-user IT issues
• Troubleshoot incidents and service requests through the ticketing system (ServiceNow)
• Deliver prompt desk-side and remote user support
• Document activities and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system
• Support IT onboarding for new employees (equipment setup, user guidance)
• Maintain and contribute to knowledge base documentation
• Support continuous service improvement initiatives

Required profile

• Fluent English and Hebrew, written and spoken
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or onsite support
• Ability to work independently in an onsite client environment
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g. GxP) is a plus
• Ability to provide a clean criminal record extract (not older than 3 months)

Required skills

• Strong troubleshooting skills in a Windows environment and standard IT tools
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
• Excellent communication and customer-oriented mindset
