אודות התפקיד
רשת החינוך עתיד מגייסת עוזר/ת חשב למטה הרשת בטירת הכרמל. התפקיד כולל עבודה כחלק ממחלקת הכספים של הרשת, סיוע לחשב הארגון וניהול תהליכים חשבונאיים ופיננסיים שוטפים.
אחריות מרכזית
- סיוע בהכנת דוחות כספיים חודשיים, רבעוניים ושנתיים
- ביצוע בקרות חשבונאיות והתאמות
- עבודה שוטפת מול הנהלת החשבונות וממשקים פנים-ארגוניים
- סיוע בתהליכי סגירת חודש ושנה
- עבודה מול רואי חשבון וגורמים מקצועיים חיצוניים
- הכנת דוחות, ניתוחים ובקרות פיננסיות
- סיוע לחשב הארגון במשימות שוטפות ובפרויקטים בתחום הכספים
פרופיל נדרש
- רו"ח מוסמך/ת – חובה
- ניסיון לאחר התמחות – יתרון
- ניסיון בביקורת/עריכת דוחות כספיים – יתרון
כישורים נדרשים
- שליטה גבוהה ב-Excel
- יכולת אנליטית גבוהה, דיוק וירידה לפרטים
- יכולת עבודה עצמאית ובצוות וריבוי ממשקים
