אודות התפקיד

מפעל במבה של קבוצת אסם נסטלה בקרית גת מחפש מנהל/ת הבטחת איכות זמני/ת. התפקיד כולל ניהול והובלת תהליכי האיכות והבטיחות במפעל, וכן חונכות מקצועית של צוותי האיכות.

אחריות מרכזית

ניהול איכות ובטיחות מזון במפעל.
בניית, פיתוח וניהול צוות איכות מקצועי.
הובלת תפיסת האיכות בכל מחלקות המפעל והדרכת הקולגות.
ביצוע מבדקים פנימיים וקשר עם רשויות וגופי תעדה.
שיפור תהליכים והקמת שכבת שגרירי איכות ונאמני איכות.

פרופיל נדרש

תואר מהנדס/ת מזון, ביוטכנולוגיה או כימיה.
לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון בתעשיית המזון, מתוכן 3 שנים בניהול תחום הבטחת איכות.
ניסיון ניהולי מוכח.
אנגלית ברמה גבוהה.

כישורים נדרשים

היכרות עם מערכות יצור מזון.
יכולת ניהול ובקרת איכות.
