אודות התפקיד
אחראי/ת קו למחלקת רטבים במפעל אסם שדרות, אחראי/ת על ניהול ותפעול המשמרת ומתקן השמן, כולל הובלת ביצועי בטיחות, איכות וייצור.
אחריות מרכזית
- ניהול ותפעול המשמרת ומתקן השמן.
- הובלת ביצועי בטיחות, איכות וייצור.
- הפעלת המתקן וטיפול בתקלות תהליך.
- ניהול מלאים, דיווחים ושגרות עבודה.
- ביצוע בדיקות איכות ופעולות מתקנות.
- עבודה מול ממשקים והובלת משימות תפעוליות.
פרופיל נדרש
- ניסיון תפעולי/לוגיסטי במחסן או סביבת ייצור – חובה.
- ניסיון בניהול עובדים והובלת צוות – יתרון.
- היכרות עם מערכות ERP / SAP – יתרון.
- נכונות לעבודה במשמרת בוקר ולילה.
- הגעה עצמאית.
