About the role

Teva is seeking a Sterile Production Operator to support the manufacturing of single‑ and multi‑component pharmaceutical preparations in clean‑room environments. The role involves operating advanced equipment, ensuring compliance with GMP, Polish and EU regulations, and contributing to high‑quality batch production.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and adjust production machines, including assembly, washing, and control systems (MES, IPC), following validated procedures.
• Monitor process parameters, perform routine troubleshooting, and document activities to maintain data integrity and GMP compliance.
• Conduct IPC controls, manage material handling, and ensure stock adherence and OEE targets.
• Report equipment defects, maintain technical condition of machinery, and inform supervisors of progress and any irregularities.

Required profile

• Experience operating manufacturing equipment, preferably in a pharmaceutical or clean‑room setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow GMP, EHS, and SOP standards.
• Technical background is advantageous; ability to act as a mentor for new hires.
• Good command of English and Hebrew.

Required skills

• Machine and equipment operation.
• MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and IPC control experience.
• Understanding of GMP, EHS, and SOP compliance.
• Knowledge of OEE principles and stock management.
