אודות התפקיד
דרוש/ה רכז.ת קהילת בוגרים במכון הטכנולוגי חולון. אם יש לכם ראש יזמי, אתם אוהבים לנהל כמה רעיונות במקביל ולהוציאם לפועל, ואתם חיים ונושמים רשתות חברתיות ושיווק – בואו להוביל את קהילת הבוגרים שלנו.
אחריות מרכזית
- יצירת קשר אישי ומשמעותי עם הבוגרים וטיפוח תחושת שייכות.
- הפקת תוכן שמספר את סיפורי ההצלחה שלהם – כתוב ומצולם.
- הובלת פעילויות בלינקדאין, META, וואטסאפ ומערכת דיוור, כולל אירועים פיזיים.
- הפקת וניהול מפגשי ואירועי בוגרים.
- בניית שיתופי פעולה עם התעשייה, יחידות המכון וגורמים חיצוניים.
פרופיל נדרש
- תואר ראשון – חובה.
- חשיבה יזמית ויכולת להוביל כמה יוזמות במקביל.
- הכרות מעמיקה עם עולם השיווק והרשתות החברתיות – חובה.
- ניסיון בבניית קהילות / ניהול פרויקטים – יתרון.
- יכולת ביטוי גבוהה, יצירתיות וגמישות מחשבתית.
כישורים נדרשים
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- מערכות דיוור (email marketing)
