אודות התפקיד
החטיבה לתעופה מחפשת מהנדס/ת מנוע לתחזוקה במפעל MRO, האחראי/ת על קבלה, בדיקה, תיקון ותחזוקה שוטפת של מנועים.
אחריות מרכזית
- קבלה, בדיקה ותיקון של מנועים במפעל.
- הובלת תהליכים הנדסיים וקידום פתרון בעיות.
- ניהול משימות מול ממשקים מרובים ותיאום בין גורמים שונים לשיפור זמינות המנועים.
- ייצוג התחום מול לקוחות וגורמים פנימיים וחיצוניים.
- ניתוח תקלות וביצוע תיקונים בהתאם לסטנדרטים הטכניים והבטיחותיים.
פרופיל נדרש
- תואר ראשון בהנדסת מכונות או אווירונאוטיקה (חובה).
- ניסיון בתחום מנועי סילון – יתרון.
- יכולת ניתוח ופתרון תקלות טכניות.
- אנגלית ברמה גבוהה, כולל ניהול שיח מקצועי עם לקוחות.
כישורים נדרשים
- ניתוח תקלות טכניות של מנועים.
- תיקון מנועים בהתאם לסטנדרטים בטיחותיים.
- עבודה לפי תקני תעופה ונהלי תחזוקה.
- ניהול תהליכים הנדסיים מול ממשקים שונים.
