About the role
Wolt Market is looking for energetic pickers to join its fast‑growing operation in Be’er Sheva. You will be at the heart of the order‑fulfilment process, ensuring that every customer order is prepared, packed and handed over to couriers quickly and with high quality.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and pick orders through the Wolt app using a dedicated picking workflow.
- Collect, pack and label products for delivery.
- Hand over packed orders to customers and couriers.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Unload and arrange stock as needed.
- Work in a dynamic, youthful environment with shifting priorities.
Required profile
- Proactive and service‑oriented attitude.
- Positive mindset suited to a fast‑paced setting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (morning, afternoon, evening) 5 days a week.
- Fluent Hebrew is mandatory.
Required skills
What we offer
- Hourly wage of 38 ILS plus bonuses up to 6 ILS per hour.
- Flexible shift patterns between 06:30 and 00:30, Sunday‑Thursday.
