מפעל בונז'ור מגייס מנהל/ת משמרת תפעולי/ת, במסגרת התפקידפרופיל משרה:ניהול המשמרות על פי נהלי המפעל ואחריות על העובדים בהתאם לדרישות ולנהלי האיכות והבטיחות.אחריות על יצירת סביבת עבודה בטיחותית באמצעות –הדרכות, סקר סיכונים, דיווח כמעט ונפגע, טיפול במפגעים, ניתוח אירועי בטיחות, תצפיות.יישום מדיניות לשמירת איכות ובטיחות המוצר.חניכת עובדים במהלך המשמרות.טיפול באירועים חריגים, זיהוי מקור החריגה.ניהול שגרות – עמידה בתוכנית עבודה, ניוד וניתוב עובדים בהתאם לצורך, קשר רציף מול הנהלת הייצור.הכרת דרישות החוק הרלוונטיות למחלקה בתחום איכות הסביבה בטיחות ואיכות.תפעול צוותי חירום – במהלך המשמרתביצוע תורנות מנהל/ת תורן במשמרותמיקוד בתוצאות, יוזמה, פרואקטיביותדרישות התפקיד:טכנאי/ת / הנדסאי/ת - יתרוןניסיון ניהולי – חובה (מהתעשייה)יכולת עבודה עצמאיתיכולת הנעת ממשקיםניתן להשתמש בהסעות / באופן עצמאיהעבודה במשמרת צהרים ולילה בלבד (ללא משמרת בוקר) Show more Show less
