About the role
We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our metal factory. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of production machinery and lines through routine and preventive maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Operate, maintain and service factory machinery and production lines.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical faults.
- Assist and support senior mechanics in complex repairs.
Required profile
- Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts, including Fridays, Saturdays and holidays.
- Minimum three years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Proficient technical English.
Required skills
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems (advantage).
- Experience with preventive maintenance of mechanical production equipment.
- Familiarity with PLCs, relays and servo motors (advantage).
- Mechanical Engineering Technician qualification (advantage).
