About the role
We are looking for a Tenant Change Coordinator to manage and oversee the process of tenant transitions within our portfolio of properties. The role involves close collaboration with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely changes.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and evaluate tenant change requests.
- Plan and schedule renovation or modification works.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and construction teams.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all change activities.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Minimum two years of experience in the construction sector.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
