About the role
We are looking for a skilled Construction Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the real‑estate sector. The role focuses on interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, analysing technical specifications, and producing accurate cost estimates for building projects.
Key responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction plans, drawings and technical specifications.
- Analyse project requirements to develop detailed cost breakdowns.
- Perform precise quantity calculations for materials, labor and equipment.
- Prepare comprehensive estimation reports and support pricing negotiations.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects and contractors to ensure alignment on scope and budget.
Required profile

- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
