NOC Operator – IT Monitoring & Support

About the role

The NOC Operator will join the operations centre of a leading organisation in Central Israel. You will be responsible for monitoring critical IT systems, virtual machines and network infrastructure to ensure continuous availability.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor IT systems, VM servers, networks and enterprise applications using advanced monitoring tools.
• Detect, analyse and document incidents in real time, provide first‑line response and escalate to the appropriate teams.
• Activate emergency procedures during critical incidents and collaborate with support, development and external vendors.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in technical support or a NOC environment (advantageous).
• Ability to work under pressure, respond quickly to incidents and participate in 24/7 shift work.
• Good English reading, writing and speaking skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with VMware or Hyper‑V (advantageous).
• Basic networking knowledge – TCP/IP, DNS, VPN.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Zabbix or SolarWinds.
• Experience with SQL, Grafana, Kibana and Prometheus (advantageous).
