Mobile Tech Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile Tech Lead to own and drive our mobile experience. In this high‑impact position you will shape architecture, champion technical excellence, and deliver high‑performance, real‑time applications using React Native.

Key responsibilities

• Build, ship, and maintain production‑grade mobile applications with React Native and TypeScript.
• Own mobile features end‑to‑end, from architecture and design through testing and release.
• Optimize animations, load times, and ensure a pixel‑perfect, native feel.
• Implement robust data flows using WebSockets and efficient state management.
• Manage the full mobile lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines and App Store/Google Play release cycles.
• Raise the engineering bar through technical leadership and collaboration.

Required profile

• 5+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 2 years shipping production React Native apps.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or in making complex architectural decisions for mobile.
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and native module integration.
• Strong communication skills, proactive ownership mindset, and fluency in English and Hebrew.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
