MES Implementation Consultant – Opcenter Services

About the role

We are seeking an MES Implementation Consultant (m/f/d) to join Siemens Digital Industries Software’s Opcenter services team in Israel. The consultant will design, develop, implement and support the Opcenter MES product for large, often regulated, projects across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in large‑scale MES implementation projects for Israeli customers.
• Configure and deploy end‑to‑end Opcenter MES solutions, including testing, data migration and post‑production support.
• Provide knowledge transfer through training, user guides and coaching of key MES users.
• Document and develop standard methodologies, contributing to the team’s knowledge base.
• Ensure integration of MES with surrounding ERP, CRM and PLM systems while respecting production and quality processes.
• Collaborate with consultants, architects, project managers and external stakeholders to achieve customer objectives.

Required profile

• Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
• Willingness to innovate and travel to customer sites.
• Valid security classification is preferred.

• Opcenter MES configuration and implementation.
• Integration of MES with ERP, CRM and PLM systems.
• Data migration and testing within MES projects.
• Knowledge of product data management, change management and configuration management.
