Medical Science Liaison – Neuroscience

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Neuroscience will act as a peer‑to‑peer scientific resource, building relationships with key opinion leaders and supporting the launch and lifecycle of Lilly’s neuroscience portfolio. This field‑based position requires deep disease‑state knowledge and the ability to translate scientific data into actionable insights for clinicians.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, map and develop relationships with Scientific Experts across the assigned neuroscience therapy area and territory.
• Provide disease‑state and product expertise through scientific exchange and respond to unsolicited medical information requests.
• Gather, synthesize and communicate clinical insights and scientific intelligence to Medical Affairs and cross‑functional partners.
• Support company‑sponsored clinical trials and investigator‑initiated research, including site identification and scientific support.
• Plan and participate in advisory boards and other expert engagements.
• Represent Lilly at scientific congresses, staff medical booths, summarize emerging data and debrief internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial and Access teams while operating within compliance boundaries.
• Engage in continuous learning and drive digital innovation in scientific engagement.

Required profile

• Terminal doctorate (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, DMD, DVM or equivalent).
• Advanced English proficiency (written and oral).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including occasional overnight and weekend travel.
