Medical Device Sales Representative - Surgical Products, Central Israel

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery is looking for a Medical Device Sales Representative to drive growth of its surgical product lines in the Shfela region of central Israel. The role builds relationships with healthcare professionals, identifies sales opportunities and delivers service in operating rooms, with a commission basis.

Key responsibilities

• Sales development: prospect, engage customers and build relationships with surgeons, hospitals and medical centers.
• Customer relationships: maintain contact with surgeons, operating room staff and procurement teams.
• Product promotion: present and demonstrate Ethicon surgical products, highlighting features, benefits and clinical applications.
• Market analysis: identify trends, customer needs and competition to tailor sales strategies.
• Sales reporting: track sales activities, pipeline and customer feedback against targets.
• Collaborate with the clinical support team on product training, inquiries and support for procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or an MBA (an advantage).
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, good communication and a deep understanding of the healthcare market.
• Ability to learn clinical material in depth, in English.
• Willingness to travel within the Center and southern regions of Israel, as 60% of the role is in operating rooms and client meetings.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English.
