Medical Device Sales Representative – Jerusalem Area

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Medical Device Sales Representative to drive growth of surgical product lines in operating rooms across Jerusalem and surrounding areas. The role focuses on building strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and procurement teams while delivering innovative surgical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of surgical products through strategic prospecting and customer engagement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, operating‑room staff, and procurement decision‑makers.
• Present and demonstrate Ethicon’s surgical products, highlighting features and clinical benefits.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to tailor sales strategies.
• Report on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with clinical support teams for product training and procedural support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus).
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with deep understanding of the healthcare market.
• Self‑directed learner capable of mastering clinical material in English.
• Willingness to travel within central and southern Israel (60% of time in operating rooms).
• Fluency in Hebrew and English.
