Mechanical Design Engineer – Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with a focus on hydraulic and pneumatic systems to join a leading defense company in Be’er Ya'akov. You will work on complex flow and lifting mechanisms that directly support critical defence projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design hydraulic and pneumatic flow systems, lifting mechanisms, erecting systems, and electromechanical assemblies.
• Create mechanical components, evaluate technical alternatives, and present solutions to internal teams and customers.
• Perform 3D modeling and drafting using Siemens NX within a Teamcenter environment.
• Conduct analytical calculations for flow‑system design using static/dynamic analysis tools.
• Manage interface documents and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and support manufacturing processes.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing complex mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with CAD tools.
• Experience with static/dynamic analysis tools (Nastran or Ansys) – advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens NX and Teamcenter – strong advantage.
