Maths Program Development Coordinator

About the role

The Maths Program Development Coordinator will drive the continuous evolution of the MathRiders curriculum, ensuring high‑quality educational content for children worldwide. Working from Helen Doron’s headquarters, you will coordinate project timelines, collaborate with international partners, and teach classes to keep the program grounded in classroom practice.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the design, development, and rollout of new MathRiders pedagogical materials.
• Manage curriculum development projects from planning through delivery, including updates to existing resources.
• Oversee the publishing of content to the Teacher LMS, guaranteeing accessibility and alignment with program releases.
• Lead localization efforts for international markets, acting as the primary liaison between franchisees and the internal design team.
• Participate in creating lessons, activities, worksheets, games, and teacher resources, while reviewing and improving existing materials.
• Teach MathRiders classes (3–4 hours per week) at a Helen Doron Learning Centre in Israel and provide feedback for program enhancement.
• Support departmental goals, collaborate within a multicultural team, and contribute to a culture of innovation and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching mathematics to preschool or primary‑age children.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work with international partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for content publishing and tracking.
