Materials Planning Analyst

About the role

Flex is seeking a Materials Planning Analyst to manage the end‑to‑end supply chain for raw material procurement at its Migdal HaEmek site. You will be responsible for aligning material supply with production forecasts, performing analytical calculations, and ensuring inventory levels meet manufacturing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage the supply chain for raw materials from forecast to factory receipt.
• Perform analytical and financial calculations to support material procurement decisions.
• Generate purchase recommendations to address material shortages.
• Maintain accurate inventory updates in line with production requirements.
• Develop and document work processes for material planning.
• Collaborate with multiple internal interfaces to ensure smooth material flow.

Required profile

• Education in Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics, or Business Administration (advantageous).
• Customer‑oriented mindset and strong teamwork abilities.
