Marketing & Social Specialist

About the role

The5ers is seeking a creative, data‑driven Marketing & Social Specialist to own its social presence end‑to‑end. You will shape our social channels, build an active trading community, and drive engagement across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong, active trading community that fuels ongoing conversations.
• Plan, manage, and execute social media strategy on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Generate ideas that encourage user participation, dialogue, and long‑term loyalty.
• Lead organic initiatives such as webinars, educational events, and special campaigns.
• Coordinate messaging, content, visuals, and internal stakeholders for cohesive execution.
• Collaborate closely with brand managers, PPC specialists, content writers, podcast teams, and the design studio.
• Track social performance using analytics, optimize posts and campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.

Required profile

• Native‑level or exceptional English writing and communication skills.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in Social Media or Community Management.
• Experience in online trading, forex, fintech, or capital markets.
• Strong experience managing social channels, creating content, and driving organic engagement.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Data‑driven with a track record of tracking performance and optimizing social KPIs.
• Creative, self‑driven, and comfortable learning new domains independently.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Content, SEO, and Design teams.
