Marketing & Social Creative Producer for Music Platform

About the role

ROVR is seeking a hands‑on Marketing & Social Creative Producer who lives and breathes music culture. You will translate ROVR’s artistic direction into authentic marketing and social content, working quickly and independently.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, produce and coordinate creative content across ROVR’s social and digital channels, ensuring consistency with the brand’s identity.
• Plan and execute content calendars while staying flexible to react to events, releases, artists and emerging opportunities.
• Interpret ROVR’s visual, musical and cultural identity into original content, avoiding mainstream copy‑cat trends.
• Collaborate closely with ROVR’s artists, curators and wider music community to create authentic platform‑aligned material.
• Manage relationships with designers, photographers, videographers, artists and other creative partners to move projects from concept to delivery efficiently.
• Identify and weave compelling stories from music, art, design, fashion, nightlife and record culture into ROVR’s content.

Required profile

• Deep passion for music with broad genre knowledge and familiarity with the ROVR app and community.
• Strong interest in the cultures surrounding music—art, design, fashion, nightlife, record culture—and an instinct for what fits ROVR’s artistic direction.
• Alignment with ROVR’s philosophy of human‑curated, anti‑algorithmic music discovery.
• Authentic, original creative instincts; not reliant on copying current trends.
• Fast, proactive decision‑making and the ability to anticipate work while adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
