Marketing Manager

About the role

Yad2 is looking for a performance‑driven Marketing Manager to own the go‑to‑market strategy for new residential developments. You will bridge B2B relationships with developers and B2C campaigns for home buyers, shaping the brand’s voice across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute GTM strategies that position Yad2’s product innovations to real‑estate developers.
• Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns (digital, offline, CRM) to generate high‑quality leads.
• Analyse user behaviour, funnels and market dynamics to uncover growth opportunities.
• Define positioning, messaging and value propositions in close collaboration with product, sales and customer success teams.
• Lead creative concept evaluation and ensure consistent brand execution.
• Manage agencies, budgets and performance metrics with full accountability.
• Conduct market research, map competitive landscapes and identify strategic growth areas.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably in real‑estate or related sectors.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven track record managing growth funnels, lead generation and performance KPIs.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working closely with product teams.

Required skills
