Marketing Manager

About the role

Okoora is seeking a Marketing Manager to build and amplify the brand of its AI‑native FX infrastructure platform. Working directly with the CEO, you will shape how the company is presented to customers, partners, investors, and the broader market.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch Okoora’s marketing engine from scratch.
• Create high‑quality content for LinkedIn, articles, email, video, landing pages, and visual assets.
• Plan and execute distribution strategies to ensure content reaches target audiences.
• Build brand awareness among banks, fintechs, payment companies, and multinational businesses.
• Develop sales‑ and partner‑facing materials that drive opportunities forward.
• Leverage AI tools daily to scale content creation, design, video production, and distribution workflows.
• Personally produce copy, visual assets, presentations, short‑form videos, and landing pages.
• Establish and grow distribution channels and AI‑powered workflows that multiply impact.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Background in fintech, SaaS, infrastructure or a related field is a strong advantage.
• Self‑starter who thrives on ownership and autonomy.
• Excellent English writing and storytelling abilities.
• Curiosity about technical topics with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Creative mindset for both content creation and distribution.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of everyday work.
• Fast‑moving, execution‑oriented, and eager to build from zero.
