Marketing Manager – Advisors & Consulting Services

About the role

The Marketing Manager for Advisors & Consulting Services will lead the design and execution of marketing strategies for Mastercard’s consulting clients. You will work with a diverse portfolio of industries, leveraging data‑driven insights to create, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that drive client growth and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end client engagements, defining problem statements and delivering strategic marketing solutions.
• Develop and implement marketing programs for regional and global clients, integrating technology and data analytics.
• Manage relationships with mid‑level to senior client stakeholders, assessing culture and change readiness.
• Guide a team of consultants, delivering presentations, mentoring junior staff and fostering an inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with internal Mastercard product and business‑development teams to scope projects and build intellectual capital.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree.
• Proven experience in marketing and campaign projects, including content creation, digital and social media.
• Strong client‑facing skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
