Marketing & Growth Specialist

About the role

Synergia Compliance Systems is seeking a Marketing & Growth Specialist to own the end‑to‑end marketing function. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will build the company’s digital presence, run demand‑generation campaigns, and translate marketing activities into qualified pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Manage LinkedIn company and executive profiles, create organic content, run paid campaigns and outbound outreach.
• Plan, launch and optimise Google Search and Display ads, design high‑converting landing pages and manage the full digital funnel.
• Write sharp B2B copy in English, develop messaging, produce graphics, social creatives and video edits for campaigns.
• Integrate AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Manus into content creation, design, video production, data analysis and marketing automation.
• Plan, market and host webinars and virtual/physical events that drive engagement and pipeline.
• Align marketing activities with business outcomes, tracking ROI, MQLs and pipeline contribution.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker who can also execute daily tasks.
• Strong B2B mindset with excellent English copywriting abilities.
• Hands‑on attitude, comfortable managing multiple channels simultaneously.
