Marketing Designer – Maternity Leave Replacement (1 Year)

About the role

Riverside is seeking a Marketing Designer to cover a maternity leave for one year, with the possibility of extension. You will join a multidisciplinary creative team and report to the Director of Brand, helping to translate Riverside’s high‑quality audio‑video platform into compelling visual assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce brand‑consistent assets for social media, internal communications, and online campaigns.
• Create high‑performing visuals for sponsored ads and lead‑generation initiatives to drive conversion.
• Art‑direct video advertisements from concept through final cut.
• Design engaging web pages and digital assets that support campaign and conversion goals.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in marketing and web design, preferably within a SaaS product company.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design, typography, and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively, and capable of leading projects from concept to final execution.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a curiosity for the latest design trends.
