Marketing Coordinator

About the role

JFrog is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support lead generation and pipeline growth across the EMEA region. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to plan, execute, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that drive marketing‑qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing activities that generate leads, MQLs and marketing‑influenced pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Content, PPC, Sales, Project Managers, external agencies and vendors to launch campaigns.
• Manage email, landing page, nurture program, content syndication, paid media and other digital channel execution.
• Own campaign timelines, checklists, launch coordination and cross‑functional follow‑up.
• Track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and optimisation recommendations.
• Coordinate regional localisation, working with translators, vendors and budget tracking.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate content adaptation, personalisation and localisation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a technology/SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience executing B2B or SaaS marketing campaigns.
• Strong project‑management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset and ability to use data for decision‑making.
• High level of English proficiency; additional languages (German, French) are a plus.
