Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Urban Sophistication is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive product launches through creator partnerships, email & SMS campaigns, and day‑to‑day marketing operations. Working directly with the Head of Marketing, you will manage gifting programs, maintain communication calendars, and ensure every launch runs smoothly and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit creators for gifting and paid collaborations, building long‑term relationships.
• Coordinate all gifting logistics from outreach to delivery and track campaign performance.
• Build, schedule, and quality‑assure email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, maintaining calendars and audience segmentation.
• Monitor campaign results, provide insights, and suggest improvements to boost retention and repeat purchases.
• Organise product launches across creators, CRM, paid media, PR, ecommerce and creative teams, keeping calendars, timelines and checklists up to date.
• Ensure marketing assets are delivered on time across all channels and support reporting and post‑launch analysis.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, founders, creative, ecommerce, product and regional teams, as well as external agencies and partners.
• Help design systems and processes that enable the marketing team to scale efficiently.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, ecommerce, creator marketing, CRM or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Experience at premium consumer, fashion, beauty, accessories or lifestyle brands is a plus.
