Market Intelligence Representative – French Speaker

About the role

Join Similarweb as a Market Intelligence Representative (MIR) and be the first point of contact for French‑speaking prospects who discover our free product. You will showcase the value of our digital intelligence solutions and turn inbound interest into qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chats and contact‑form submissions from prospects.
• Qualify leads by identifying companies that can benefit from Similarweb’s data solutions.
• Gather relevant insights and data to demonstrate product value, sharing them verbally or via email.
• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and sales managers to feed the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that highlight the benefits of our insights for registered users.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong work ethic with a passion for building relationships.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing or marketing role is a plus.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday in an office environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce (advantageous).
