Managing Director – Israel

About the role

Mindspace is seeking a Managing Director for its Israel operations, based in Tel Aviv. The role reports to the global leadership team and is responsible for the overall performance of one of the company’s largest business units, driving growth, profitability and an exceptional hospitality‑driven member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L for Mindspace Israel and define the long‑term market strategy.
• Drive revenue growth, occupancy, portfolio performance and member retention across all locations.
• Lead commercial strategy, pricing, sales execution and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing leadership team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Ensure operational excellence and deliver a premium customer experience.
• Develop strategic relationships with enterprise customers, landlords, developers, investors and brokers.
• Identify, negotiate and execute real‑estate and business‑development opportunities.
• Collaborate with global leadership to implement company‑wide initiatives and share best practices.

Required profile

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in general management, commercial or business leadership.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑site operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to grow revenue and profitability.
• Experience in the flexible workspace or real‑estate sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
