Manager, Networking Firmware Verification

About the role

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced leader to head the NIC firmware verification infrastructure team. In this position you will own the stability, scalability and continuous improvement of the testing infrastructure while guiding the development of advanced verification modules and methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of verification testing, including flow design, coverage analysis and regression cycles.
• Set priorities, remove blockers and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of test results.
• Define and evolve testing methodologies, conduct retrospectives on missed bugs and drive improvements in coverage and verifiers.
• Mentor engineers, participate in design discussions and high‑level code reviews.
• Collaborate closely with NVIDIA networking NIC firmware teams to align verification efforts with product roadmaps.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Software, Computer, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• 3+ years in an engineering management or team‑lead role with a strong hands‑on background.
• 6+ years of overall engineering experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Strong coding skills, deep understanding of OOP principles and software design.
• Proficiency in C++.
• Experience with regression testing concepts, testing flows and CI practices.
• Knowledge of networking protocols.
• Hands‑on use of Git, Gerrit, Jenkins and Docker.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
