Luxury Travel & Concierge Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Luxury Travel & Concierge Coordinator to join our boutique agency. Working closely with Luxury Travel Advisors and the CEO, you will help design and execute bespoke travel experiences for our high‑net‑worth clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Research and evaluate luxury properties and destinations to uphold brand standards.
• Manage bookings using GDS and other travel reservation systems.
• Coordinate with prestigious hotels and global partners.
• Handle client communications in Hebrew and English with professionalism.
• Arrange personalized concierge services such as restaurant reservations, exclusive experiences, and transfers.
• Support Travel Advisors in creating flawless itineraries.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for luxury travel and hospitality.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication in both Hebrew and English.
• Research‑oriented, diplomatic, and proactive problem‑solver.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with GDS and travel booking systems (training provided).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
