About the role
We are a global biotechnology company seeking a Logistics & Import Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end logistics operations in our Rosh HaAyin hub. The role involves close interaction with customers, suppliers and freight partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and import handling.
Key responsibilities
- Manage ongoing communication with customers regarding orders
- Work with suppliers on purchase orders and deliveries
- Handle import processes and related documentation
- Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and logistics providers
- Follow up on orders to ensure smooth end‑to‑end logistics processes
Required profile
- Previous experience dealing directly with both suppliers and customers (mandatory)
- Hands‑on experience with import processes (mandatory)
- High‑level English proficiency (mandatory)
- Experience with ERP or other operational systems (advantage)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple interfaces
