Loadmaster

About the role

The Loadmaster is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient loading and off‑loading of aircraft cargo. Working closely with service providers, suppliers and warehouse teams, the role ensures that cargo is correctly planned, secured and documented in compliance with aviation regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with external service providers and internal suppliers to schedule cargo movements.
• Supervise aircraft loading and off‑loading operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Develop load plans, manage weight and balance calculations, and handle dangerous goods according to regulatory requirements.
• Oversee cargo build‑up, warehouse coordination and documentation of all cargo movements.

Required profile

• Familiarity with cargo build‑up and aircraft loading processes.
• Relevant experience as a Load Master, Load Controller or Ramp Agent is an advantage.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Strong, authoritative personality with high integrity and a commitment to follow organisational procedures.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts, including weekends.

Required skills

• Knowledge of load planning and dangerous goods handling regulations.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
