Lawyer – Executive Compensation

About the role

Our practice group is seeking a Lawyer specialized in Executive Compensation to advise a diverse client base, ranging from early‑stage start‑ups to large public corporations. You will work closely with corporate, securities, employment, labor, and tax teams to deliver comprehensive equity‑compensation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide counsel on all aspects of equity compensation, including plan design and implementation.
• Support transactions such as M&A, IPOs, secondary transactions, and investment rounds.
• Collaborate with corporate, securities, employment, labor, and tax departments as an integral member of deal teams.
• Draft and review legal documents related to executive compensation arrangements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience.
• High‑level proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Graduate of a leading academic institution.
• Strong initiative, motivation to learn and grow, and a team‑oriented mindset.
• High professional standards and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Equity compensation expertise.
• Experience with M&A transactions.
• Knowledge of IPO processes.
• Understanding of securities law.
• Familiarity with tax considerations in executive compensation.
