Key Account Manager – Mobile Operators

About the role

Samsung Electronics Israel is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead sales, marketing and commercial performance for major telecom operator accounts. You will be responsible for driving growth across the company’s flagship mobile ecosystem, including smartphones, tablets, watches and earbuds, within Israel’s top mobile operators.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop primary telecom operator accounts, managing sales targets, market share and overall commercial growth.
• Drive sell‑in and sell‑out performance across the full mobile product portfolio.
• Lead account forecasting, demand management and joint business planning in collaboration with back‑office and supply‑chain teams.
• Partner with marketing to design and execute operator‑specific retail campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Build and maintain long‑term strategic relationships with key operator stakeholders to uncover new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and sales data, providing actionable insights and proactive commercial adjustments.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Key Account Manager with a proven record of meeting complex sales targets.
• Deep understanding of the mobile industry, retail mechanics and channel management.
• Strong analytical capabilities for forecasting, inventory planning and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Proactive, goal‑driven mindset thriving in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
