Key Account Manager – Hematology (Israel)

About the role

BeOne is seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to lead the hematology portfolio in Israel. Reporting to the Business Unit Head Hematology, you will drive product adoption, expand market share and ensure patient access while adhering to compliance and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Promote BeOne’s hematology products, building brand awareness among healthcare professionals.
• Achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
• Map accounts, understand stakeholder decision‑making, and unlock access barriers.
• Conduct multichannel outreach (face‑to‑face, email, phone) and provide detailed call feedback.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, sample handling and reporting in line with compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop tailored solutions and commercial projects.
• Ensure adherence to local SOPs, regulations and BeOne’s quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, preferably in hematology or oncology.
• Strong understanding of the patient journey, product listing and contracting processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with HCPs and HCOs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with local laws.
