About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Recruiter to join our fast‑growing, tech‑focused outsourcing team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in full‑cycle recruitment, working closely with seasoned recruiters and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on multiple platforms and screen incoming resumes.
• Conduct phone interviews, evaluate candidates, and write concise candidate assessments.
• Guide candidates through each recruitment stage up to the offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand hiring needs.
• Learn and operate advanced recruitment systems and innovative sourcing techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• High motivation to develop a career in HR and recruitment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
