Junior Sales Representative – Biotech/Healthcare (Jerusalem & South)

About the role

Medison Israel is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to promote biotech and healthcare products to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and physicians performing aesthetic procedures in private clinics across the Jerusalem area and southern Israel. The role combines market insight, relationship building, and active selling to expand the company’s presence in a competitive landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop in‑depth knowledge of the market, competitors and the full product portfolio.
• Establish and nurture personal relationships with existing customers while recruiting new ones.
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Sell products to physicians who perform injection procedures in private clinics and medical centers.
• Participate in conferences and workshops both in Israel and abroad.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/B.Sc.) is mandatory.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with proven ability to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders and drive sales results.
• Background in biology or related field is an advantage.
• Experience in medical devices, laboratory equipment, aesthetics or cosmetics is a plus.
• Professional, assertive, team‑player with strong interpersonal skills.
• High motivation, strong sales ability and problem‑solving creativity in a competitive market.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
