Junior Penetration Tester

About the role

Armory is seeking a Junior Penetration Tester to join its customer‑facing cybersecurity team. In this position you will support clients with offensive security engagements such as penetration testing, red‑team exercises and vulnerability assessments across web applications, networks and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage security operations for multiple customers, maintaining regular contact and building trust.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on web, network and mobile environments.
• Document findings using a risk‑based approach, create proof‑of‑concept demonstrations and assist clients with remediation.
• Support offensive security projects under senior guidance, applying MITRE ATT&CK techniques.
• Stay current on emerging threats, attack methods and tools, and share knowledge with the team.
• Contribute to research initiatives aimed at improving Armory’s AI‑driven security solutions.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of proven experience in penetration testing.
• Solid understanding of common vulnerabilities, including OWASP Top 10, web misconfigurations and network security flaws.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a self‑driven learning mindset.
