Junior Marketing & Product Designer

About the role

Cover, a fast‑growing insurtech startup, is looking for a creative Junior Marketing & Product Designer to join its design team. You will work across marketing and product disciplines, helping shape the brand’s visual identity while contributing to UI design and campaign assets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research on global design trends and create mood boards to inspire visual concepts.
• Develop and expand Cover’s visual language, producing graphics, icons, imagery and other brand elements.
• Design marketing assets—including images, videos, banners—for campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google and LinkedIn.
• Design, update and optimise website pages, landing pages and digital touch‑points.
• Integrate AI‑driven tools such as Midjourney, Kling and Higgsfield into daily design workflows.
• Follow the company Design System to prototype new UI features and present design solutions.
• Carry out user and competitor research to inform product decisions.

Required profile

• Portfolio link is mandatory.
• 1–2 years of professional design experience with a degree or comprehensive course in Visual Communication.
• Strong eye for detail, typography, visual hierarchy and colour theory.
• Proactive, open‑minded and able to work independently in a fast‑paced startup.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Interest in AI tools and basic video creation/editing.
