Junior Global Procurement Buyer – Indirect Spend

About the role

SodaStream is seeking a Junior Global Procurement Buyer to join its Procurement team at the Kfar Saba headquarters. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will focus on indirect spend categories such as HR, welfare, maintenance, and general factory support, helping the company reduce costs while driving sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve procurement strategies for indirect spend categories.
• Analyse market trends, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and create value‑creation initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers, ensuring compliance and fostering innovation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions and geographies to align procurement with business objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing projects, including RFPs/RFQs, and conduct contract negotiations to secure optimal terms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of indirect category management experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong background in procurement processes, category management, and supplier relationship management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
