Junior Controller (CPA) – Finance Team

About the role

We are seeking a newly qualified CPA to join our finance team as a Junior Controller. This position offers a hands‑on, broad finance role with direct exposure to senior management, ideal for a recent Big 4 professional transitioning to industry.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports and financial analyses.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly financial statements.
• Support consolidation of subsidiaries and accounting for associated companies.
• Prepare and support tax reporting processes.
• Monitor and analyse financial activity across the group.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process.
• Work closely with the CFO on accounting and financial matters.
• Support financial analysis and decision‑making across the group.

Required profile

• Certified CPA (required).
• Experience at a Big 4 firm (required).
• Strong accounting and financial orientation.
• Experience with financial statements and consolidation.
• Knowledge of tax reporting.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with SAP – an advantage.
• Experience in a commercial or import company – an advantage.
