IT Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on IT professional to join a global IT team and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient technology services across multiple locations. The role combines day‑to‑day IT operations with responsibility for infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud services, cybersecurity, business applications, end‑user support, and participation in cross‑functional digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support global IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, virtualization environments, and Microsoft 365.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support worldwide, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, system, and connectivity issues.
• Manage end‑user service requests and support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support employee onboarding and off‑boarding, handling account creation, access permissions, device provisioning, and equipment setup.
• Administer user accounts, endpoint devices, security policies, backups, and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Support and maintain business applications such as ERP, CRM, HR systems, and collaboration platforms.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls and ensure compliance with internal security policies.
• Lead and participate in IT infrastructure, cloud, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with external vendors and technology service providers.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, VMware, networking, and virtualization.
• Experience administering and troubleshooting enterprise firewalls such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Cisco.
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity practices, backup solutions, disaster recovery, and endpoint management.
• Experience with cloud environments and IT automation tools.
• Background supporting ERP, CRM, and other enterprise business applications.
• Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
