IT Support – Temporary

About the role

Join Edwards Lifesciences as a temporary IT Support professional, providing on‑site software and hardware assistance to keep our global teams productive. You will install, configure, and maintain a variety of computing devices while delivering prompt, high‑quality service to end users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site support for software, hardware, and peripherals, following defined imaging and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, VOIP phones, A/V equipment, tablets, and mobile devices (Tier 1/2).
• Perform daily moves, adds, changes, and lifecycle upgrades for workstations and related equipment.
• Manage service requests and incident tickets, updating status and documenting work performed.
• Deliver brief, hands‑on training to users on hardware and software usage.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors for orders, warranties, and project needs.
• Assist with network port connections and help‑desk call handling as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of IT hardware/software support experience.
• Technical degree or certificate in a related discipline.
• Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician (MCDT) certification.
• ITIL Service Management certification.
• Proficiency with Active Directory and Microsoft O365 applications.
