IT Support Specialist

About the role

Innoviz Technologies is seeking an IT Support Specialist to ensure smooth day‑to‑day IT operations across the company. The role provides on‑site technical assistance to end users in a fast‑paced environment, handling hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issues.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver front‑line technical support to end users on‑site, by phone and remote tools.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights using Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, multimedia equipment) and software problems.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Exchange and Teams.
• Prioritise urgent requests and strive to meet the highest service‑level agreements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in IT support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Office, Active Directory and Microsoft online services.
• Experience troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers and multimedia devices.
• Familiarity with Linux, basic networking, RMM tools and PowerShell scripting; MacOS knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent English and strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site full‑time with rotating shifts (08:00‑17:00 or 09:00‑18:00).
