IT Specialist

About the role

Join Noma Security as an IT Specialist, supporting a fast‑growing team in Tel Aviv. You will be the primary point of contact for employee technology, handling day‑to‑day issues, onboarding and off‑boarding, and maintaining the office IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for hardware, software, access and connectivity issues across the company.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding, including account provisioning, device allocation and permission cleanup.
• Administer core identity and endpoint systems such as Okta, Kandji, 1Password, Google Workspace and CrowdStrike.
• Maintain office networking, conference rooms, Zoom Rooms, printers and workstations.
• Identify and implement automation or scripting opportunities to streamline IT operations.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on IT support or operations experience.
• Strong service orientation with clear communication and independent problem‑solving skills.
• Experience supporting macOS environments and administering Google Workspace.

Required skills

• Identity‑provider management (Okta, Entra ID, JumpCloud).
• MDM platforms (Kandji, Jamf, Intune).
• Networking fundamentals – VLANs, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi and VPN.
• Endpoint security tools such as CrowdStrike.
• Password‑management solutions (1Password).
