IT Manager

About the role

We are a Tel Aviv‑based cyber intelligence startup in hyper‑growth mode, looking for a hands‑on, security‑driven IT Manager to own and shape our entire IT infrastructure, both on‑premise and cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and monitor on‑premises infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches and VPNs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end IT projects such as internal AI systems, security solutions and internal applications.
• Manage onboarding, access control and enforce IT policies, standards and procedures.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of proven experience as an IT Manager or senior system administrator.
• Strong self‑management, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Linux installation, configuration and maintenance.
• Command‑line tools and shell scripting for automation.
• Virtualization technologies (QEMU, Proxmox, VMware, Docker, ESXi, Hyper‑V).
• Advanced networking protocols, VPNs, tunnels and network rule management.
• Information‑security mindset and experience with ethical hacking/penetration testing.
